Refund policy
Please note that many of our products are custom made to order and personalized with a unique print number. Because of this we carefully manage returns.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return due to damage, please contact us immediately at support@artpixt.com with photos and a description of the issue. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return (for Damaged/Defective Items Only)
Contact us at support@artpixt.com within 7 days of receiving your item.
Include your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Send the item back in its original packaging.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
All custom, made-to-order, and personalized items (including those with unique print numbers) are non-returnable and non-refundable except in the case of damage or defect upon arrival. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, or gift cards.
Returnable Items
Returnable Items may be returned in perfect condition within 10 calendar days of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Refunds (for Damaged/Defective Items Only)
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at support@artpixt.com.
